On the way back from Montauk to NYC we (my godson, his mother and me) stopped by at my CPA where we had dinner. Then my CPA and I worked till almost midnight.
How strange to see your own past reduced to numbers, to expenses and income.
“Kiki de Montparnasse,” he asked. “Miscellaneous?”
“Yes,” I said. “Miscellaneous. But private, not a business expense.”
